Epispde 3    " ..Intros.."

I was born in the 90s. A time when things were working quite well in the south eastern region of west Africa, my brother, Raphael Ezeh and i kenechukwu Ezeh live in our residential home, my home was an average one, we were just ok. our elder sister jasmine was away for her studies, so i and my sixteen-year old brother, Raph live with our parents. Though i was stubborn when i was he's age, it wasn't anything close to Raph's stubbornness. You've got to tell him the fact about a thing if you are telling him about that thing for the first time because, he holds on to first impressions. And just like me, he his own man. So believe me when i say we fight every day. Well, it more like me beating him up every day because he's obviously no match for me. So yes, here's my little intro for the mains..

(#Black and Black Is a series you will find interesting. A young man trying to understand the things around him. However  some things cannot be understood.)  1 - Kenne Can you creat scenarios?  Let me make you creat one.  Imagine you are walking in a hall with people in it and everyone turns at every step, staring at you for about 5secs.  even after your walk, people still turn to make glances. You can imagine can't you? Well anyways. Oguguo street, quite large to be a street. Sorry I'm not hiding any secrets in this book, Nigerians read a lot now. Back to business Oguguo villa, There you can make your home, there you can call your home. Quite traditional, but it's  home. I found myself being a local here. I see it as a privilege actually. The palm trees stand in place by the road side, the  modern town hall make it seem like a city in a village, farming took place properly at its time(season), during this  period, you get to see how wide the vill...

episode 8 - 'Some Authority shit'. At a time , when young people found something to keep themselves busy came so much outburst and disgust from authorities within the country. so while they (young people) were busy reaping off some cool easy cash with less stress and mild work, "something called working the street," living loud and noisy, they became potential targets for the Efcc and most especially the Police, and also small security units in each state within the country, my statistics has it that, out of every seven male adults from ages 18 to 30, at least one "worked the street".. now who's checking? At this time, it was forbidden for young males to wear deadlocks, ear rings, and tattoos; basically looking dope and fly was being frowned at by these authorities then to make things worse for you, get spotted with all these in a car and be below the age 24 and you'll be tagged a "fraudster." here's the irony; the authorities thinks...

Life in my 20s

Some times it is said that some know knowledge comes at a certain age, and with this knowledge are feelings of self consciousness and Awareness, Life in one's 20s is war. On one hand, you have your freedom and independence, bolder, more confident and all; on the other hand you battle with self-imposed pressure from too much measuring and having no clue what the hell you're doing with your life. This is the case most of the time. While it is not the hardest phase of human life, 20s is that time when you're finally left alone in the driver's seat and you quickly realize what that means. That you're fully responsible for any decisionyou make for yourself, And sometimes when you fail at something, it seems more like a complete failure. It's easy to start imagining yourself a failure, but when you look at it, you see that you only started and all the failures, inconsistencies, and not-knowing-what-the-hell-youre doingw your life" is actually necessary. The s...
